Carsten and Olga together have over 20 years of business experience across various functions in Fortune500 companies.

They are also both certified professional life and business coaches that give them a broader perspective of the startup process considering the human psychology involved in the transition process to becoming a purpose-driven entrepreneur for the first time.

Since 2022 they have been heavily involved in the Portuguese tech startup ecosystem.

They act as mentors and official partners of Portugals biggest tech startup incubator Startup Lisboa and are affiliated with the Lisbon-based Buildup Labs as well. They are members of the global Future Founders community, the global innovation and sustainability alliance IxSA, and have built their own sizeable digital nomad and entrepreneur communities in their home town Ericeira and across their client network all over Europe under the name of MettaCOllective.
